Former Golden Lion Terron Armstead Signs Five-year 75-million-dollar Deal with the Miami Dolphins

MIAMI, FL -- A unique product of the pride, the former University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff football team member and track star Terron Armstead just signed a five-year 75-million-dollar deal with Miami Dolphins.

Armstead, an Arkansas-Pine Bluff legend, was a part of the history-making 2012 SWAC Championship and HBCU National Championship team before getting his name called in the third round by the New Orleans Saints in the 2013 NFL Draft. He was the highest draft pick in UAPB history.

During his road to get drafted, Armstead continued to make history as he set the fastest 40-yard dash time for an offensive lineman, clocking a blazing fast 4.71 seconds.

During his time with the Saints, he earned the honors of being a three-time Pro Bowler in his nine seasons in the NFL, bringing lots of value to the city of Miami, and is projected to make a massive impact on the offensive line for the Dolphins.
